Yafiu worked as the BIM Manager of this project working closely alongside globally recognized consultants such as Arup Singapore, BECA Carter Hollings & Ferner, Aedas.
Scope of BIM for this project was to develop Consultant’s BIM design into constructable BIM models and drawings with the use of BIM technologies.
A total of 13 BIM subcontractors worked on this project that contributed models of different trades. Management of these models and the onward updating of the models based on coordination were carefully tracked using a CDE like Autodesk BIM360.

Virtual Reality of the models were used during weekly coordination meetings with all the key stakeholders. The result of the coordination is reflected in Construction Drawing Sets which will then be passed on to the site for construction
Management of the BIM 360 platform and creation of workflows for approval of drawings
Clash Coordination was done to automatically detect clashes within the different trades of models in the building
Simulation of the construction stages was done to enable end users to visualize the project master programme and make any suggestions to make the construction process faster
